10. For what purpose does Hostel Bulwark – MANIFESTOBJECTIVE, Lda process your personal data?
Our company only uses your personal data (name, e-mail address and message text) at your request. Data processing is for the purpose of contacting you. 11. When and how we collect your personal data?
When you make the booking, we store your personal data to the extent that it is provided. Data processing is intended to improve your shopping experience and simplify booking processing. Processing will be carried out on the basis of art. 6(1) lit. of the RGPD on the basis of your consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time, you only have to contact us. Your personal data can only be removed after the completion of the full booking process.

12. What is the basis for the processing of your personal data?
When the customer makes a reservation, we only store the personal data necessary for the processing of the same. The provision of personal data is necessary for the conclusion of the booking contract, since your booking becomes effective at the time of issuing the invoice. The processing of this transferred data for issuing the invoice shall take place on the basis of art. 6 (1) lit. b of the RGPD and becomes indispensable for the completion of your booking process. This data will not be shared unless you have given your explicit consent, except to the partners required for the conclusion of the booking contract. We will strictly comply with the legal requirements in all cases. The processing of personal data will be minimal.

13. For how long does Hostel Bulwark – MANIFESTOBJECTIVE, Lda process and retain your personal data?
The Hostel Bulwark – MANIFESTOBJECTIVE, Lda process and retain your personal data as necessary and only for the appropriate period of time to comply with them, and always in accordance with the law, guidelines and decisions of the CNPD, or, as applicable, until you exercise your right to object, right to be forgotten or withdraw consent.
